Rain CII has historically stored green coke inside and one would think that
is because of the adverse health effects and the property damage and
nuisance of coke dust.
Given the close proximity to Chamette Vista neighborhood and the high
particulate matter readings at the air monitor at Bluebird Park, Rain CII
should be a good corporate citizen and continue to store all petroleum coke
inside appropriate structures and take appropriate measures to mitigate or
suppress the coke dust.
