GOSDAA offers assistance to

Local Companies affected by the BP Oil Spill

Gulf Spill Disaster Adjustment Assistance Center (GOSDAA) was established to
provide assistance to small businesses located within 60 geographic miles
from the coast/marshes of Louisiana and Texas that have been affected by the
British Petroleum 2010 oil spill. Service companies, manufacturers,
retailers and wholesalers are eligible to apply.

If your company has experienced a decline in sales or employment levels due
to the adverse effects of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, you may qualify
for technical assistance in marketing, manufacturing, engineering, employee
training, information management or new product development from the Gulf
Oil Spill Disaster Adjustment Assistance (GOSDAA) program. This program
provides management and technical assistance to U.S. Gulf Coast firms that
qualify for adjustment assistance as a result of the oil spill disaster that
took place in 2010.

Adverse consequences include 5% or greater loss of sales or employment
levels from April to December 2010 compared to 2009 during that same period
of time. Qualifying companies will need to have been operating at least
