It does adhere to ADA laws, otherwise it could have never been given a
permit to begin construction.  Clearly that is not the issue here or it
would have been mentioned in the story.

The question maybe Is the Ninth Grade Academy a separate school campus which
must adhere to ADA and other laws, regulations for special needs students,
such as keeping all classes within one campus, as the parents are asking.
