[StBernard] Some parents are upset about raised walkway linking St. Bernard

The question maybe Is the Ninth Grade Academy a separate school campus which
must adhere to ADA and other laws, regulations for special needs students,
such as keeping all classes within one campus, as the parents are asking.

This is absolutely absurd.  The one thing I got from this story is no one
has even taken the students in question to the walkway to find out if they
will have a problem with it.  There are several walkways like this
throughout the Disney World theme parks and resorts - few of them are even
enclosed.  There have been no reports of any handicapped and special needs
children having problems crossing over any of them.

Maybe the St. Bernard Parish School System needs to have Mickey and Minnie
on each end of the walkway to make the kids feel better about crossing it.
