I have to agree with Syl.

Wayne appears to be nothing more than your typical politician in sheep's
clothing. He is jumping from position to position looking for a spot that he
can latch onto and hold on until the day he decides to retire.

What does he know about law enforcement?

At this point, I'm not even sure if I would vote for him as chief garbage
collector.
