I disagree.

Had it not been for Landry I have to wonder if the hospital would be at the
point it is now.  He got in there and got it moving.  

In regard to his jumping from position to position...he has stated one of
the reasons for running for Council was to get the hospital built
for the residents of the parish.   That job is almost done.  I do not see
him as any different than our prior sheriffs who were in other positions
when they ran for the office.

And here is what he emailed me regarding wanting to run for sheriff and
*seemingly* leaving the HSD in the middle of things:
