Houma and not St. Bernard? You're saying yourself, if he doesn't live in St.
Bernard, then you don't care what his opinion is, which is a valid point.

In politics, there is much to be learned from what isn't said as well as

As far as the sign is concerned, maybe the question should be who has
control over *that* property and the sign?  It sounds like Warren had a
conversation with a member of the Dean family who is still here (obviously).
I'm not sure I would care about what Lynn the Elder has to say if he's not
in the parish.
