Basketball coach was added in to loosen up my statement. He is a 'people person' - one of us. 
Chill out. Both are good guys, but Garofalo is a career politician. Lauga is not.

I've met both Chad Lauga and Ray Garofalo, don't know the others running.
Both seem like nice guys and good people, but I don't know if I would use the basketball coach thing as an argument.  Better to stick with personal accomplishments.
