She's right, if you needed a legislator to author legislation to declare the
state's official lizard or insect or some banner or anything else of great
importance like that, Nita was definitely the go-to legislator.  Talk to
anyone who worked in the capital building during the legislative sessions
and they'll tell you the committee she chaired - House Committee on
Transportation - was the most ineffective committee in all the legislature.
