[StBernard] Reshaped 1st Louisiana Senate District pits veteran lawmakers against each other

David Duke has a better chance of winning the majority of black voters than
she has of defeating Crowe.  It will be amazing if she beats him in the St.
Bernard precincts.  She's going to get her teeth kicked in across the lake
in the St. Tammany area that makes up more than two-thirds of the senate
district and historically has a higher voter turnout.  Can you say "not a
snowball's chance in hell."
