[StBernard] Vote Challenge Question

Perhaps one of the legal minds on the list can answer this question. If they
are able to hold up any of the challenges for the early voting, how can they
pull that persons votes from the results? My understanding was that the
votes are still anonymous even though they were recorded electronically.
