Oh well, to phrase it as I've seen so many times:  It's become "mute".

	There is no way to remove an individuals vote once it is cast.
	If a vote is deemed invalid, it is tracked and if the number of
invalid
	votes is greater than the outcome, there would be a re-election
because if
	all of the votes were thrown out it could effect the final outcome
of the
	election.
