[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish undergoes sweeping political change

I don't believe that's correct.  I got a notice one time when I had a sick
parent in the hospital and called the C.o.C. office and was excused from
that jury duty.

	Maybe a legal eagle could verify, but thought only a judge could
dismiss one
