certainly Ms. Torres wouldn't stoop to any underhanded or illegal practices
any more than the mountains of papers and files that got buried behind the
main yard on Paris Rd by then pres. Gonzales, Cusimano, Rodriguez, Ponstein,
Perniciaro,  when the feds were hot on the trails of some very influential
people within the parish back in the late 70's. But surely they were just
making room for all the new files that were being accumulated by the
expanding government at large. But of course this is just my opinion and I
could be wrong???   BL
