This is, also, very accurate!  We are OUT of Money, purely, "BECAUSE" of Incompetent or Inept Leadership, not only from the previous Presidents but, more importantly, all of the previous U.S. Congressman & U.S. Senators with "their" Special Interests boondoggles and Social programs to provide for "Free" rides for the "Non-Productive,"  that have, now, almost out number productive citizens.  We, as a Nation, are living on "Credit" from "Other," unfriendly, Countries and the current Leadership, to include all that are now holding office, do not seem to care............................
