[StBernard] do you oppose zoning changes in residential areas? microbrewery

Hopefully, everyone realizes that Sterling Cardone (who owns the property,
but doesn't even live in St. Bernard) has said if the zoning change doesn't
go through, he will build an 
8 - 10 apartment complex on the site. Me, personally, after seeing rental
houses in my neighborhood, I would rather the microbrewery. And since we
don't have an ordnance for microbreweries, the parish can draft it's own to
fit what they do or don't want.
