So, is the block grant providing funds for *all* of the costs involved with
this bus service?  Who provides the buses and drivers and how are the
drivers paid?  Is the parish having to expend any funds for this?  If the
parish is not having to spend any funds on this stuff, fine.  If they are,
they need to give the grant back.

	In compliance with the 2013 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG)
Contract,
	St. Bernard Parish CSBG Bus Transportation will be offering
transportation
	to the following:
	
	
	
	.         Institutes for Secondary Education
	
	.         Social Service Offices
	
	.         Job Training Facilities
	
	.         Job/Employment Sites
	
	.         Any location that would help a client move toward
self-sufficiency
	
	
	
	To be deemed eligible, clients must apply and satisfy household
income
	limitations as listed below.
