it wouldn't hurt to place some volunteers and auxiliary personnel in some of
the inner office areas and non essential jobs, also some citizen patrols of
neighborhoods along with reinstating the neighborhood watch programs.  We
have always prided ourselves in being able to take and provide for our own.
