[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish's post-Hurricane Katrina vacant lots to be discussed on Tuesday

I try to read The St Bernard Voice every week, but must of missed the
publication of the Planning Commissioner's recommended plan and the
publication or notice of public hearing.  Its interesting that the Planning
Commissioners will hold a public hearing BEFORE receiving the HRQL
Committees recommendation on the same.
