Man arrested after victim's remains found in St. Bernard

NEW ORLEANS -- Police have arrested a man in connection with the murder of a
New Orleans man whose body found buried in a remote part of St. Bernard
Parish.

Michael Vicknair, 35, was arrested and charged with second degree murder and
obstruction of justice in the beating death of Jeffrey Bonck. Bonck's body
was unearthed earlier this week off of Florissant Highway, according to the
New Orleans Police Department.

Bonck had been missing since August 2012.
