The busy Judge Seeber Bridge will close for about three weeks beginning at
8 p.m. Friday for the final piece of structural and mechanical work that
began in September 2009, according to the state Department of Transportation
and Development. It is set to reopen at 11:59 p.m. Aug. 24.
