St. Bernard Parish soon will bid out bundles of Hurricane Katrina-ravaged
lots for possible development. The parish and members of the Louisiana Land
Trust tentatively have agreed that St. Bernard will send out requests for
proposals for 10 bundles, each with about 12 adjacent vacant lots.
