St. Bernard Parish Government provides access to available land and
available rental properties 

under its NEW Rental Land Grant Program

 

Businesses that are considering investing in St. Bernard Parish and
individuals searching for rental opportunities have a new resource to help
them make smarter decisions! 

 

St. Bernard Parish's newly established Office of Fair Housing now displays
available properties in the Parish on its webpage www.sbpg.net.  The website
now provides free immediate access to view single and multi-family housing
available for rent and excess land available in St. Bernard Parish.  

 

Under St. Bernard Parish's new Land Grant Program, a limited amount of
residential properties are available for transfer to qualified applicants
for a $0 purchase price for a period of three years. 

 

Prospective developers, renters, landlords, property managers and real
estate agents that are interested in development opportunities in St.
Bernard Parish may contact the Parish's Office of Fair Housing at (504)
278-4290 or visit www.sbpg.net - click on "Departments" and  go to "The
Office of Fair Housing".
