Excellent rebuttal.  I recall everyone thought the 3 male lacrosse players
at Duke University were guilty of raping that stripper they hired for a
private party.  They were convicted by pubic opinion, especially after the
Athletic Director at Duke immediately suspended the student athletes
publicly judging them guilty.  Then after the North Carolina Attorney
General performed a thorough investigation, we found out the District
Attorney manufactured evidence, coached the stripper to lie, and that the 3
athletes actually did nothing.

What was the result?  The Durham County DA, Mike Nifong, was found guilty of
several felonies and sent to prison for several years.  The three athletes
each won multi-million dollar lawsuits against Duke University - and the
Duke Athletic Director? Well, he quickly looked for a job at another school?
Who was the Duke Athletic Director?  His name is Joe Alleva - and where is
he now?  He is currently in Baton Rouge as the athletic director for LSU.  

And people wonder how incompetence and stupidity spreads.

But when you're a nutcase, then perhaps standards go out the window?  After
all, if a woman cries rape then she must be telling the truth, right?
Remember, this is the same woman who claimed Peralta tried to rape her and
in defense she claims to have bitten his penis hard.  Then immediately
afterwards upon investigation the medical examination showed absolutely no
indication such a would infliction had taken place.  Like the previous post
stated, take it all with a grain of salt.

never is rape a standard procedure in any relationship

What Peralta's wife is claiming is standard procedure during a divorce.  I
personally have friends who have divorced and this always got filed as part
of the legal proceedings, even though everyone who knew them knew it was
bogus.  I'd take this with a grain of salt since the word out in the donut
shops, the barber shops and in the parish government building is she's a
real nutcase and he should have never gotten involved with her.  Strange
what love does to a person's judgement.
