	Of course, by the same logic, if there is not a demand, then why
would there
	be a need to expand and create such services?  Hmmm.
	

This is not a "build it and they will come" venture; this is a public
hospital in changing times for healthcare.
IMO the millage does not have merit --  unless there's more information out
there and the proposition wording changes
