The Val Reiss Complex building is huge.  When walking the park's path one
can hear the massive air conditioning units running.  How ever can we afford
the operational and maintenance and insurance on this thing?
 
The ball fields are not really a place to go and play ball with your
children, as it is always locked up.  Will this huge complex at least be
open to the general public to play basketball inside?  Or is it only open to
team and league members?
