A Gretna man accused of being the getaway driver in the armed robbery of a
Chalmette Walgreens this week has become the fourth, and likely last, person
to face armed robbery and aggravated kidnapping charges in the incident.

John Wilson, 27, was arrested Wednesday in the West Bank by members of the
Criminal Intelligence Center Task Force in Jefferson Parish, St. Bernard
Sheriff Jimmy Pohlmann said.

Leonard Gibson, 43, and Ben Amos, 27, both of Gretna, were booked on Monday
morning on armed robbery and aggravated kidnapping charges following the
incident at the store earlier that morning.

Walgreens employee Quinita "Peaches'' Harris, 30, was booked Tuesday on the
same charges.

Harris, an employee since May of the Walgreens on the corner of Judge Perez
Drive and Paris Road, was not present at the store when Gibson and Amos
attempted to rob it and herd a customer and two employees into a back room.
Harris is accused of helping them plan and orchestrate the robbery,
according to the St. Bernard Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's detectives later learned that Gibson was living with Harris in
Chalmette before the robbery attempt, the sheriff has said.

Gibson and Amos had bandanas covering over their faces, and they each wore
gloves and used wraps to try and tie up the three victims, according to the
Sheriff's Office.
