I will continue to sentence violent criminals and drug dealers to jail.
I will decide all cases based upon the facts of the case and applicable laws
not based on political or personal influences.
I will treat all who appear before me with respect, courtesy, and fairness
while affording them the opportunity to present their case fully.
I will continue to work with juveniles to ensure attendance at school and to
try to prevent criminal activity through supervision of Family In Need of
Services, the Juvenile Probation Office, Juvenile Drug Court, and the
implementation of a Truancy Court.
I will continue the tradition of hard work in Division A by opening court
promptly at 9:30 a.m. and working with minimal vacation to ensure that my
docket will remain current.
