Thanks for the advise. I have use Titebond II before and like their products. Will have to try this glue.

Franklin's Titebond III has a cured glue line rated both waterproof and non toxic for food contact. Check their website.

The chat about the different woods to use for spoons has gotten me to thinking. I was wondering if anyone out there has suggestions on types of non-toxic glues. Considering making salad forks out of laminated cherry and maple. Also wondering if this is a good idea. Any thoughts or comments would be wonderful.
