Ironton OH and 611 crossing grade accident pics

This wreck was detailed in Three Times A Lady that Ken Miller and I did.  The wreck happened at South Point, Ohio just across the river from Kenova, WV.  Class M 457 was summoned up out of the yard, and backed across the massive bridge to rescue No. 26, the eastbound Powhatan Arrow on to Williamson,  All movements were within the interlocking limits of KX Tower.  The egg-faced picture was taken at the coaling station at Prichard, W.Va., after she was giving repairs at Kenova Shop; some running gear work had to performed before she could go on light to Roanoke.

 These pictures are from a Reddit train forum, and were posted in a 611 facebook group today with the following info.
611 struck the rear end of a semi truck at a crossing near Ironton, Ohio on June 24, 1953.

This shot appears to be taken at Portsmouth coaling station. (see photo at very bottom of this message, with one of the original J's posed in the same orientation as is 611 here)






I believe the wrecked 611 photo was taken from the opposite POV of this photo below, with the cameraman position exactly opposite of this photo, The water tower would be to our right in this image, and the steel pulley brackets at extreme right seem to match the 611 photo at top.
