[game_preservation] General computing museums/projects

Anyone can edit the projects page if they want :-D

The CHM is on the first page already I think, I'll be sure to add it to
the second one of course. Specific projects are always worth a mention,
there are several on there already, although it'd probably be an even
better idea if I make a new page for each project so it can have it's
full details noted.
