Wow, great first hand information rather then guesswork Devin! :)

 Someone has contacted us recently about the lifetime of floppy disks. 
Can I put this up almost vertabim in a reference page on the IGDA wiki? 
I should start putting up some of the information people keep posting 
about media and how it fails over time (noting there is a section in our 
white paper on it too, which I'll also reuse).
