[game_preservation] Nolan Bushnell returns to Atari

I have to agree it sounds like a PR stunt. I don't think Bushnell has run
any successful businesses past Chuck E Cheez, and he doesn't seem to have
made many good videogames (I'll give him Secret Quest though...).
