[game_preservation] Survey of Game Preservation Institutions

Great stuff, only just got around to reading this, I'll put it all up on 
the IGDA wiki both in the form you've sent round and just in a readable 
information page.

If we want to action the part on best practices and more practical 
information, well, I guess this depends more on the people running or 
are part of preservation efforts directly - but I am happy to help 
secretary that kind of thing (I just don't have the experience to offer 
that kind of practical discussion thread, else I might well have done :) ).
