Branch Road Nearing Completion
The Northfork branch of the Tug River branch of the Norfolk and Western will be completed within a few days and trains carrying passengers and freight run as far as Jenkinjones, the terminal of the branch, which will permit of the opening of two more coal mines by the Pocahontas Consolidated Collieries Company and the addition of a large annual tonnage to the present Norfolk and Western supply. The branch has been under construction for some time.
