Tie Replacement

FYI - the Tie Replacement gang & all of their many pieces of orange  
equipment with flashing lights are currently working north of Vardo Yard in  
Hagerstown, MD. They will be working their way south on the NS main -  there are 
new ties all along the line as far as Shepherdstown, WV. A great,  safe 
location to watch the gang in action is near the old Antietam Station  south of 
Sharpsburg, MD.
