 Harry: The Claytor Lake was 500. The 101 had been converted from a diner in the '30's.
Thanks.  N&W 101 had been assigned to the Assistant Vice President - Atlantic Region.  HIs office was at Lamberts Point and the 101 was stored at the Lamberts Point passenger station when not in use.  A Tidewater region TV station was producing an expose' and entered N&W 101  without permission.  Following that incident, N&W 101 was stored in Roanoke and dead-headed to Lamberts Point when needed.
