Luke,

 I was thinking along the lines of Apache/Tomcat, but it really doesn't matter
which JSP/Servlet engine we use.  I do think it is very important to
eventually develop our own network protocol so that we can have remote Java
and C++ clients as well, in addition to web browser access.
