[om-list] Eh

Ben

I'm happy. I was a little worried there, for a little while. I wanted to make MTShell for both Linux and WindowsXP, from the start -- now it seems you would like to do the same thing, exactly. Isn't that nice? I think it would be a very good exercise, to teach us more about windows and Linux programming, which will make us more marketable, at least, even if we don't fully succeed at building a business on MTShell.

I'm still looking for a good company name, since 4C is taken (as a domain name), and I've finally pretty much given in to the fact of life that I'm not going to buy that domain name from the owners.

For now, I own compcog.com and ComputationalCognition.Com, so that's what we'll be called, until I find "the perfect name", which meets the criteria I will enumerate in my compcog business planning document, which I will email to you guys, which will explain everything you ever wanted to know about my planned business (as far as I have written down), including what you can expect from the company, and what you could expect to do for the company, etc. I will have this document roughed out by May.

Well, I guess I'll tell a little about myself as well.

My name is Ben Oman, I'm almost 16 years old, and I joined the om-list about 4 or 5 months ago. I attend Davis High School, and I'm hoping to pass the AP Physics and BC Calc tests to skip a year of college. After getting a degree in Electrical Engineering, I have no plans except possibly joining the Air Force.

I live just down the street from TomP, so I guess you all technically know me.

      Later,

  --Ben Oman
