We are told that you will definitely ne able to get flood insurance through
NFIP (either direct or through the local agents who administer the
policies). The question will be if the elevations will change and how that
will chnage premiums.  The other question will be homeowner policies.  The
only real way to get thhis answered is to ask your agent directly- get the
answer in writing.  Hope you are back soon to help build st. bernard better
than before.
