The permit office is currently moving back to the government complex area.
Permitting will be a much more streamlined process and we are working with
community development to set up an on-line process.  Mail has not been
reestablished just yet and that will hopefully come to the government
complex soon.  Your timing will prpbably dictate where you will go.  The
government complex is probably your best bet.
