Request For Qualifications
Long-Range Planning, Engineering, and Environmental Services

St. Bernard Parish hereby requests Statements of Qualification from
professional firms for the planning, engineering, and enviromental services
needed for the long-range reconstruction and restoration of St. Bernard
Parish. Qualifications shall include but not be limited to planning,
engineering, environmental and related areas of expertise needed to address
the post-Katrina reconstruction of St. Bernard Parish, infrastructure, land
use, transportation facilities, environmental and community resources,
housing, flood control, public utilities, and all other elements necessary
for the long-range restoration and growth of the parish.

Statements of Qualification shall be submitted as a letter addressed to Mr.
Henry Rodriguez, Parish President, describing the qualifications of the
firm(s) along with any supportive materials. The statements shall be
submitted to the Parish President's office no later than Monday, October 31,
2005 at 4:00 PM, located at the Parish Government Complex on Judge Perez
Drive in Chalmette, Louisiana.
