This is someone who emailed my half-sister in Virginia.  The individual does
not live in St. Bernard, does not possess an operator's license with a St.
Bernard address and somehow bypassed the checkpoints.  This is obviously
happening as she points out that she did go on the property and was looking
in things that could be LOOTED.
 
Beware of situations like this.
