[StBernard] Temporary Power Poles to Trailers

Can someone please verify what FEMA is supplying when they say they are
supplying the temporary service pole for a trailer to be placed on your
property. Entergy and a person for FEMA told me, FEMA is only supplying the
wooden pole for this temporary service and not the meter box that is needed
on the pole for service. A licensed electrician would have to install a
meter box on the pole and request a permit for service from Entergy before
service can be connected. The cost of this installation ranges from $800 to
$1,200, which would have to be paid by the homeowner.

Any clarity on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
