What is the point of these inspection reports? It seems to be very
half-cocked and a waste of money. My house was in six feet of water, the
roof did not withstand the storm, I have holes in my ceiling three feet in
diameter, leaks in the walls; yet my home is 1-10% damaged. What a joke,
these reports that seem to prove things are not being done the way they
should be is not making a good case for returning to the parish.
