[StBernard] pole and meter

I hope to be in the parish Saturday. WHere exactly do I go to apply for or
sign for a permit for a pole/meter or whatever is needed to get electricity
on the site? Thanks for info. I got the electrician list but I dont know how
to get it in motion.
