	Transportation, create a new highway to run alongside the 40 arpent.

About this 'new' highway, which would be Florida Avenue.
What about those houses near the 40 arpent? We dont know if we can rebuild
until we get a final word on what will happen in that area. Did they say
anything? 
We dont even want to gut yet if it has to be flattened.  If we would know
anything, we could have had it gutted and livable already, at least for time
being (or until next flood).
