Marvin, I only hope I'm not dissapointed with the outcome of the bill if
passed. 

..as I was with the insurance industry taking the way out (ie. State Farm)
resulting in a multitude of broken hearts over its determination. We'll see
after the litigation has run its course.

Jerry, this has not yet been totally determined. The Baker Bill has 5
criteria in it.  Local Attorney Alan Bouterie serves on our Housing &
EconDevelopment Committee & he is "boned" up on this.
