There's a problem with these Modular Homes before you even face a storm. The
price is ridiculous. Over $140,000 for a 1,800 sq.ft. home. My wife and I
lived in a home just that size and even with the lot and slab already there
it wouldn't have sold for that price. Now they'll place a house on an
existing lot and slab and want that ourageous price?
Terry Tedesco has no visions of sugar plums dancing in his head, just dollar
signs.
