The words "modular homes", "pre-fab" homes have taken on completely
different meanings in the last decade. 
 
In the next decade their will virtually be no homes that don't have
"pre-fab" charateristics.
 
In the same way that "Japanese Car" meant something totally different than
it does now, "modular & pre-fab" is totally different science than even a
decade ago. 
 
You will be excited to see some future ideas that will be forthcoming to the
public. Stay tuned as we prepare for a "Street of Dreams" program. A place
that 20 different builders can build 20 different homes, all on the same
street, all for St. Bernardians to walk through. All fully furnished, with
landscaping & a beautiful street to boot.
 
And to boot, there's not 1 parked  & unoccupied car allowed to parallel park
on the street. Do you see it? Do you see the NEW ST. BERNARD?
